價格相宜，房間比想像中大，暖氣適中，但如睡Ondol 會熱至出汗。 床舖被單等不太乾淨，容易引至皮膚敏感，毛巾亦有污漬，不建議使用。地點近snow sled及little bear，如乘Bearstown shuttle，需步行至少15min.及小路，不建議太多行李。房東有教ski及snowboard。房東、管房及職員非常友善，可代安排晚膳地點或代叫外賣。如能改善床舖衛生，會是一間很好的旅館。

First thing's first - don't let appearance of the building and its surroundings discourage you from staying at this motel. Whatever it lacks in the appearance it makes up in customer service. The motel is really close to the resort, it operates on 24 hr basis, the manager and the owner are always ready to accommodate you to their best ability. There is no kitchen or restaurant in the motel, but the front desk will help you make a choice from different menus of several food joints that deliver and they will also call the order for you. Green Sky accepts cards and so do all the venues in the area. The rooms are tiny, but cozy and clean, beds are comfortable, each room has a bathroom and a shower, the floors are heated. The best part is customer service. The owner and the manager will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy. They are wonderful people. So, if you are browsing in search of a very affordable motel/hotel close to the resort - this place is perfect. Just don't get discouraged by the appearance, give this place a chance and you'll see that it is well worth it to spend several nights there and enjoy the resort.
