掃除の際に荷物(服や下着が入っていた大きな袋)を勝手に捨てられました。許可を得てその日ホテルが出したゴミを漁りましたが見つからず。ホテル側は「洋服を捨てられないよう自己管理をすべき」だとのことです。本当に最悪のホテルです。荷物を勝手に捨てられたくない(盗まれたくない)なら泊まらないことをおすすめします。

During check in the staff was helpful and could speak English. They had a little space where I could keep my lugage until check. The hotel had a great vibe and I saw many young people. My bed was really comfortable and I enjoyes my bathtub. I stayed in a room with three monitorsy, which would be great for gamers or for people traveling for work.The best thing about the Hotel is its location. Very close to the metro, and just around the corner, there is have delicious coffee shop.I wanna go back already.

북킹닷컴을 통해 예약하고 3시 체크인이 가능하다는 정보를 확인한 뒤 그 시간에 호텔을 방문했습니다. 그러나 카운터에서 전달받은 안내는 전혀 달랐습니다. 호텔 측은 "저녁 8시 체크인"이 정확한 정보이며, 아고다에 올린 내용이 북킹닷컴에 전달되는 과정에서 오류가 발생한 것 같다고 설명했습니다. 그리고는 저희에게 직접 북킹닷컴에 문의해 보라고 했습니다.

호텔과 예약 플랫폼 간의 문제를 왜 고객인 저희가 해결해야 하는지 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 저희는 제공된 정보를 믿고 예약하고 방문했을 뿐인데, 책임을 전가하는 모습이 너무나도 뚜렷했습니다. 짐이 많지 않아 다행이었지만, 만약 큰 캐리어를 끌고 왔다면 몇 시간을 헤매야 할 뻔했습니다.

객실에 관해서는 많은 리뷰에서 지적한 대로 매우 좁았습니다. 세면대가 화장실 밖에 위치하고, 화장실은 내부가 비쳐보여 볼일 보는 데에 불편함이 컸습니다. 그 외에는 평범한 모텔이랑 비슷한 수준이었습니다.

It is not advertised as one but is definitely a love hotel (rooms can be rented by the hour, mirrors on the ceiling, etc). our room had a sewage smell, the sink would not turn off, and then water started accumulating on the floors in huge puddles. when we called to move rooms we were told the hotel was full, or that no one could help us until morning, until finally we were able to move to a much nicer room on a lower floor. also the towels were incredibly small. It was in a good location and close to subway, but even though we were only in the room for small parts of the day i would not recommend staying here

I booked the room in booking.com and the condition is check in 3 pm, but when I went to hotel the staff said my booking is not in the condition that can check in on 3pm they said as I booked the cheapest type of room, so they asked me to check in again in 8pm!!! But in the reservation page it wrote check in 3PM I have showed them my booking reservation and that show check in 3pm, but they still told me to come back again on 8pm. And they said I have to talk to booking.com by myself is case I have problem about check in for me I think this one hotel can manage it for me not me do it myself.

I am really not satisfied with the room, staff, and everything of this hotel. The room was really small and uncomfortable.

For people who are looking for this hotel I think you can find other hotel not this one. I think this one is like more motel not hotel at all.

숙박 어플에서 방이 좁다는 리뷰를 보긴 봤는데 성인 2명이 이동할 통로가 충분하지 않을 정도로 좁아서 잠깐 대실 용도로는 적합하나 여행 숙박용으로 가장 저렴한 방을 잡는 건 비추천드림 그래도 가격이 합리적이며 방이 전체적으로 깔끔하고 화장실도 신식으로 리모델링 돼 있어 이용하기에는 편리했음 또한 1층 로비에 있는 음식은 자유롭게 취식이 가능하며 직원분들께서 친절하셔서 신촌역(경의중앙선)과 이대역 근처에서 하루 간편하게 묵기에는 괜찮을 듯함

Overall service was okay, check-in and out was easy, staff was polite. Ground floor has a food bar but with the basics including bread and jam, water and microwave, it was not bad. Coming back during a late night might may not give a good impression as the light are either dimmed or switched off, staff will not be there 24hrs, which did not feel safe.For the room, the space was surprisingly small and tight, i stayed for 2 nights with my other frd, we did not have the space to open up the luggage on the floor, so it was quite inconvenient. What makes it worse is the only long table was occupied with 2 old desktops, which are dusty and dirty. Luckily the tv is a smart tv and working okay. The size of the bed was enough for 2 of us, but some uncleanable patterns were spotted on the bed sheet, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Toilet has a huge sink but the faucet was installed to the very right corner of the sink, which is a very stupid and inconvenient desgin. Tooth brush/paste are missing, so we had to buy from convenient store. Soap was a small and cheap one, and basic shampoo, body wash and conditioner are there for use. Stable warm water for shower but a curtain could be installed to cover up the splashing of the water to everywhere. What surprised me is the floor is heated, so you wont be having cold feet during this cold weather in Seoul, it could be cleaner. What makes it strange is theres a big piece of mirror on the ceiling above the bed, not sure whats the use of it, but i guess its okay. Overall, the experience was not bad but not good either.
