This hotel, though umpresuming, is in the center of the Insadong area, and is very well located and close to shops, restaurants, and even jazz clubs. It is very clean, and the rooms, although not spacious, are spotless. They are more than adequate and very comfortable. And customers are offered two free bottles of water per day.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of their well to help me and my friends. They speak rather good English, but not much Japanese (I was with Japanese friends).The hotel even has a small gym in the basement, so people can continue training even when traveling, if they wish.Overall, I loved staying at this hotel and look forward to staying there once again.

My sisters and I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay in mid-December 2023 for about 9 days. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and lovely every time you passed them and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The room was clean and cosy with 3 single beds and plenty of extra space. The bathroom has both a shower and tub and everything was cleaned well everyday making our stay really comfortable. The location was nice as it was convenient to get to different parts of the city but still quiet and relaxing. Special thanks to Clif for helping us check-in early and with other enquiries we had + another lady staff that helped print our train tickets as we headed to another city. 10/10 - I would happily recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

우선 바로 앞에 경찰서 있어서 여자혼자 출장가도 안심되는 호텔입니다 🙂 위치도 너무 좋아요! 근처에 포차거리나 맛집도 많아서 좋고,광화문이랑도 가까워서 좋았습니다 위치최고 가성비최고! 객실도 깔끔하고 좋았고, 호텔 인테리어도 너무 예뻐서 엘리베이터 탈 때마다 기분이 너무 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ

I absolutely had such an amazing experience thanks to the staff! The hotel was literally near everything and there were so many restaurants around this place. The ambience was amazing but what made it remarkable was the staff experience. They are absolutely so kind and welcoming. Ms. Sophie was such so helpful and she was the best! She made my experience 100x times better! I would definitely like to recommend this hotel ! The staff and the location was the best! Very close to all the restaurants and very safe place.

서울 가족여행에서 머물렀던 아미드 호텔 서울~먼저 호텔 위치가 엄청 좋아요. 인사동, 광화문, 종로 걸어 다닐 수 있는 좋은 위치이고 지하철역이 가까워요. 호텔 주변은 조용해서 참 좋았고 호텔 앞이 경찰서라 아이와 함께하는 여행에서 든든했습니다. 침구도 너무 깨끗하고 폭닥폭닥하고 매트리스도 편안해서 며칠 동안 숙면했어요. 이번 서울 가족여행이 참 행복한 기억으로 남아있는데 그 이유는 아침 일찍 도착해서 캐리어 보관을 위해 호텔에 들렸는데 엄청 친절하게 맞이해주시고 마음을 다해 도와주신 호텔리어 YOON 님 덕분에 여행의 시작이 정말 좋았고, 서울에 대한 따뜻한 기억으로 남아있습니다. 2일째, 십자드라이버가 필요한 일이 있었는데 성함을 모르는 다른 호텔리어님께도 끝까지 도와주셔서 진짜 진짜 감사했습니다. 위치도 좋고, 룸도 엄청 깨끗하고, 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하신 아미드 호텔 서울, 또 재방문 하고 싶어요.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The check-in and checkout were smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a tiny gym room, but it always seemed to be empty when I was there in the morning. I enjoyed the breakfast and there were sufficient options to choose from. AMID hotel is located close to many of the tourist sites of Seoul and many are walking distance. There are also a couple of metro stations and many bus stops close by. Just by the hotel, there is a mid-sized supermarket and also a convenience store. I would certainly recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel's hygiene needs to be improved. There was a white stain on the glass when going up to the room, and also on the ground floor.I had already said before entering that I did not want the front and rear rooms, but I still arranged the front room, which is close to the elevator entrance. Fortunately, the residents on the same floor were relatively quiet and less objectionable. This is my second time staying at the hotel. I hope the hygiene can be improved next time.The reception staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, which adds to the overall experience.

Very convenient location. It's easy to go anywhere. You can walk to Lotte and it's very convenient to the subway. There are also many down-to-earth restaurants nearby. It's opposite the police station and bank. I'm super satisfied with my stay.
