We got a suite for a great price, but upon check-in , we were told that the spa & hot tub aren't working. We checked out early to a different hotel with a working spa.
The room itself is beautiful and clean, the hotel is centrally located

주니어 스위트룸에 숙박하였습니다.오라카이 호텔은 처음 숙박을 하였지만, 대학로에 일이 있어 숙박을 하였습니다.룸상태와 목적지에 대한 위치는 아주 훌륭하였습니다. 또한 호텔 직원들의 서비스도 만족하였습니다.다만 주차장이 호텔의 규모에 비해서 너무 작은점이 아쉬웠습니다.주차장 관련된 또 다른 안내가 있어 만차 시 다른 곳으로의 안내가 있으면 좋겠습니다.

주차할 수 있는 호텔을 찾았는데, 주차도 괜찮고 깨끗합니다. 전체적으로 만족한 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

The hotel staff are polite and can communicate in simple English.The room is nice, with two tables, one high and one low, which is very convenient for placing items. But one thing to note is that there is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided.The disadvantage is that the location is too far from the Metro, so we have to live there.In addition, although the fitness room is large enough and well-equipped, there is also a Coin Laundry on the same floor, which is a pity. . . Both close at 22:00! For tourists traveling, it is too early to close! In addition, there were no towels provided in the fitness room. After asking the staff, they actually said that I had to bring my own towel. . .I would never choose to stay in this hotel again.

The location seems like it is not near anything on a map, but if you use the bus you are close to a lot of different things. The room was clean and the facilities are quite new and nice. It should be noted that even though you pay a lot for this hotel, you pay extra for the sauna. We thought most of the staff was quite good. Only one strange thing - when we asked the front desk about the restaurant discount, the guy said "you'd have to ask them." When you're paying 200 dollars a night, they should be calling for you. Small thing and not related to most of the staff - just a bit of a strange interaction. I didn't use the gym or (extra cost) sauna but they look nice - the gym in particular looks very well equipped. Anyway, in general this is a very nice hotel in a great location. I would wait for a discount or sale, though.

2024 EDIT: The sauna is closed and now check-out is 11. Quite disappointing.

Although it is a little far from the station, I think the location is quite good as it is close to sightseeing. The rooms are clean and have bunk beds which are great for families with children!

The room was clean and the service was pretty good. When I checked in, I told the front desk that I had lower back pain and needed a few more pillows. They were provided. The environment was quite quiet. Everything was fine. It was just a little far from the subway.
