부산 시민들의 외식에 빠지면 섭한 외식일번가~~이번엔 가족모임을 여기서 했습니다.몇년전에는 집안어른 팔순을 여기에서 했구요~가끔 지인들과도 오는곳입니다. 이번엔 평일에 와서 그런지 조용하고 여유롭게 보내고 왔습니다.와인도 주시고 후식으로 팥빙수도 주시고~~직원분들 친절은 엄지척이죠~👍👍~

I'm sharing my experience at 외식일번가 연제점, which was unfortunately marred by poor service.

Standout Features:

1. Cozy and Intimate Atmosphere: The private rooms for each group created a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for special occasions or casual gatherings with friends and family.

2. Fresh and Delicious Food: The dishes served were fresh and delicious, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to using high-quality ingredients.

Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by poor service. When we finished our meal, the staff rushed us out, claiming they had another reservation, despite multiple seats remaining empty. We were also made to feel unwelcome when we stayed in the lounge area to enjoy some coffee, despite having spent over 200,000 won on a lunch for four adults and one child. It was disappointing to feel like we were being pushed out after spending a significant amount of money.

Verdict:

외식일번가 연제점 has potential, but the poor service and rushed experience left a sour taste. While the atmosphere and food were enjoyable, the service issues prevented me from giving a higher rating.

Rating: 3/5 stars

Will we return? Maybe, but only if service improves.

Amazing restaurant in Busan that for sure I will go back to eat. The meat was absolutely delicious, soft and with the perfect seasoning. We tried the non seasoned and the galbi style one... and I cannot tell you which one I liked more because both were amazing. The side dishes were really fresh and I could feel that they were home made, that is always an extra point. Sadly we had no time to finish our meat because we had another appointment; however the restaurant staff was so kind that they prepared the remaining meat for us and gave us in a take out container, withvegetables and side dishes 10/10

양념 소갈비가 정말 쫄깃하고 부드러워서 맛있었고 직원분들이 친절하고 신속해서 정말 좋았어요.
그리고 매장이 정말 넓어서 웨이팅도 없었고 외식이나 회식하기에 정말 좋았고 키즈존도 있었어요. 하지만 키즈존은 코로나로 인해 출입은 안되더라구요
소갈비는 가격대비 양도 많았고 반찬들도 구성이 좋았어서 추천합니다!
전용 무료주차장도 있으니 차가지고 가셔도 좋아요
