We stayed here as a couple for four nights in mid-September. Truly, we cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely consider returning.||||We chose this hotel because it was a fair price, looked to be of decent quality, and included breakfast. We were not disappointed.||||The staff were very friendly, they are a huge plus. They only spoke a bit of English but with some hand gestures we were able to communicate. They provided us with all of the information we needed, and were always available to answer any questions we had.||||We really enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. It included a number of Korean and Western dishes – it was nice to have that mix. The only suggestion I might have is to have some food labels, so Westerners know what they’re eating in the Korean dishes (especially important for people with dietary restrictions). But the food was all delicious. The staff were in the area as we ate and mentioned on the first morning that we could have toast…but we actually really liked the Korean dishes. The fried eggs were also very good.||||The room was clean, well-equipped (including free beverages) and spacious. There was also a big Jacuzzi tub, though we didn’t get around to using it.||||The hotel always has coffee and hot water available in the lobby. Word of advice if you stay here – the coffee from the machine in the lobby we found was VERY tasty. The right balance of creaminess and sweetness. The coffee in the pot with the coffee maker we actually found rather watery. Stick to the machine. We grabbed one pretty much every time we walked by.||||We asked about laundry facilities and the staff were so kind as to offer to do a load of laundry for us, at no charge. That was VERY much appreciated! They also let us take some extra free bottled water.||||The hotel is near a couple of bus routes (3 and 12) and within walking distance to Cheonan station, so a good choice for travellers like us. Lots of 7/11 and GS25 nearby for quite eats.||||The only complaint we would have is that the hotel doesn’t offer its breakfast on Sundays. I understand their staff need a break, but we would’ve appreciated some warning about this. All there was for breakfast on Sunday was toast, which as I have celiac disease I couldn’t eat, so that wasn’t helpful. This is a minor issue in the grand scheme, but I’d suggest for the future that they let their guests know – very limited breakfast on Sundays. ||||Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and, if back in Cheonan, we would definitely consider staying at the Business Hotel once again.
