When we first checked in, there was a black plastic bag full of cleaning trash just sitting there. Dust and hair everywhere — seriously the worst.
Starting three days before check-in, they kept texting nonstop to confirm my arrival. I told them I was busy and would get back later, but they still kept calling and texting the day before.
I said I’d confirm by the day before — not sure why they acted like that, but anyway, the service mindset… yeah, a bit disappointing.
Also, it wasn’t even charcoal, it was an electric grill, yet they still charged ₩10,000 per person? What Since when do pensions charge per person for grill use? Usually it’s like ₩10,000–20,000 per use, not per head — kinda ridiculous.
I’m not sure if the male owner has some kind of obsession, but he suddenly flipped out because someone accidentally stepped inside with their shoes on. Like, seriously? We’re the guests using the place — can’t you just clean after check-out? If you’re going to freak out over shoes and talk about hygiene, maybe start by cleaning up the trash first, lol.
Honestly, at this point I’d rather just go to a resort. No wonder pensions are struggling these days — I think I found out why. Thanks to the male owner, I definitely won’t be coming back.
We came all the way from Seoul, but thanks for the memorable experience in Ulsan. ^^
