Good location for food, transport, sightseeing and a great price. Always clean and tidy.

I have stayed here previously so that speaks volumes I guess. My only area for improvement would be more comfortable beds, I thought the same last time. This time i asked for more pillows which helped.

We loved this hotel! It is located close to the subway, across the street there are multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, and a labyrinth of shops and restaurants. It is walking distance from the Changdeokgung palace (around 15 minutes) and a few minutes from Hanok village. I really enjoyed the breakfast - asian style. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with a very good level of English so no worries that they won't understand. The room was neat, bigger than expected, temperature ok, comfortable bed. It was my first time using the local toilets, it was a great experience.

Loved this stay, subway Station is just a 4-5 minute walk, staff are extremely polite and helpful and speak good English. Rooms were super clean too. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! 7-11 convenience store which is open 247 is right outside the hotel too. Great vibes throughout. WiFi can be better, that's my only qualm

Stayed here few times and it has always been great. Basic room but great service from front office to restaurant. If you find bathroom is too small, you can always shower at their hot bath. Most of the time is quiet.

A very good accommodation experience, both in terms of location and surrounding environment, it is highly recommended. The hotel is surrounded by various restaurants that have been renovated from old Korean houses and are full of literary and romantic atmosphere. It is only a 5-minute walk to the MRT station. There are also various horse-drawn carriages near the MRT station. You can find everything you need, and the attitude of the service staff is also very good. All good, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience.

Location is good BUT room assigned to us was directly exposed to the market alley next door which made it UNBEARABLY NOISY at night. We hardly slept the three nights here. Staff service is also pretty poor, we had to go down to the main lobby ourselves to collect water for the day. Gym equipment is outdated and old. AVOID this hotel unless you’re a fan of noise pollution.

Nice sized room, comfy and very clean.
Nice breakfast, although it’s catering for Asian taste, with very little options for westerners.
Love the automatic toilet seat!
I would welcome some cheese and cold cuts.

Great value for money.

Clean room, was cleaned daily as well.

The staff were extremely helpful!

Had an issue with 2 of the electric sockets being too loose using our own adapters.

Will stay here again. Great location.
