⚠️‼️AVOID this spot⚠️‼️ I travel Internationally a lot and have for 12 years. This spot is horrible not in the design or housekeeping but in their predatory practices 🥵‼️💥💥💥Beware: Unfair Business Practices and Coercion: SCAM 🚨Alert‼️ If you are staying here or planning to be prepared to be SCAMMED. We booked 2 rooms for 2 weeks barely stayed 1 night. Disregard the previous good reviews because apparently there is ‘NEW Management’ here now and they will falsely accuse you of damages you didn’t cause and request outrageous fees. We missed a fun event and our hearts were broken as we were trying to prove to Mgmt it wasn’t us…and yet the following AM were still booted, despite still having a 2wks paid reservation per AGODA. Be advised, It’s your word against Mgr/Staff. As a guest here you are responsible for defending yourself against false allegations, burden of proof. S.Korea is great, most people are lovely.

We arrived at 1am and were exhausted so obviously did not scan the back corner of an entry door or look 👀 for dings on a desk?!!! Upon checkout the MOLD, wall paper in entry and broken table accusations came… based totally upon false claims. I was so shocked 😳. AVOID this place‼️We were accused of creating mold and damaging a wallpaper panel.
The New Mgmt team are scammers. The spots on the wall and all else is exactly what it looked like upon our initial entry. There’s definitely tons of mold in this hotel but it’s environmentally caused not by a guest. The floors are are very uneven and unbalanced it’s difficult to walk and the makeshift doorways in the toilet room are dangerous because they are uneven and require a big step down but it’s so unnatural for the body… be careful with your 👣 feet/ankles/legs.
I called AGODA.com and requested an investigation. $700 USD to fix a desk/table that was already chipped (see photos) and they stated it was urgent it be fixed ASAP. Yet, the nightstand was burnt by a former guests cigarette and the bedside battery charger was broken as well.
They will likely falsely charge the next guest of RM#307 and #305 for the existing damage. We were initially in Rm#207 Î. Another guests complained about the moldy smell in Rm#205. Just RUN‼️Disregard all previous reviews as locals shared, those are likely from when the (Older Man) ran the spot. The New Mgrs are in very early 20s and don’t understand business and customer service of running the hotel. Spend your Saturday enjoying the lovely Bupyeong area, not defending yourself. We had to call the Police 🚨🚔🚨and request a Police Report because only God knows how much more these CROOKS would’ve charged our credit card.
🇰🇷 South Korea in general is absolutely lovely 🥰, been enjoying long travel fun, just AVOID the headache of this hotel.
