安価なカプセルタイプのお宿です。今回は１Fのmix domiを利用しました。旧家屋を改装しているため広さはそれなりです。ベッドルームは狭いですがリビングで過ごすなら悪くないです。しかしリビングに大きな荷物や着衣が集まり、玄関入った瞬間、臭くて驚きます。わりと静かに過ごす人が集まるようで、出会っても挨拶くらいです。水回りは悪くない印象でした。
アイテムはわりとおしゃれ系です。周辺の環境もお洒落なカフェや桜並木があって散策にはいいですね。ちょっと奥まっており、同じようなゲストハウスが多々あるので見つけにくさはあります。
２Fは女性専用でしょうか、もっと環境がいいかもしれません。
この季節だから虫の心配はありませんでしたが、夏は厳しいかもしれません。
外に大きな犬がいましたが、老犬なのかおとなしく寝ているだけでした。
写真で見る限りはいいけれど、価格なりのゲストハウスだと思います。オーナーの案内対応はいいと思いますよ。

Excellent hostel. Clean12 minute walk to Hongdae.Plenty of shops nearby (food, shopping, etc)Hip neighborhoodKitchen area thats great for socializing with other travelers. A couple of the travelers there and I ended up hanging out for a couple of days during my stay. Would return if I come back to Seoul. Highly recommend. Cleaners come every day to brush up the house.

Amazing hostel to stay. It located in walkable distance from bus station and metro. The area is quiet so no noise after dark. There are a couple of cafes nearby so you can have a quick breakfast.
But the hostel itself has all you need to cook on your own. There are all that you need for comfort basic cooking: kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, some basic spices like soy sauce and salt.
The bedroom has air conditioner and window. Beds are comfortable, with no bedsheets but mattress covers. You’ll be given one pillow and a blanket.
There are liquid soap and shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer in the bathroom. Also, there are always extra toilet paper and pads if you need in a closet. You can take fresh towels in the common area.
You can wash your clothes at the place since it has washing and drying machines. You don’t even need to buy a detergent.

地點很棒，房間也很平價，民宿庭院有養一隻狗狗叫JERRY
缺點應該是房間沒有什麼採光，並且浴室和廁所設計在同一間也只有唯一一間，所以有人在上廁所或洗澡就必須要等一段時間，除此之外地點非常棒，稍微遠離弘大的逛街熱門區，附近就是延南洞的各種咖啡廳，但步行又可以抵達弘大採買，很不錯。

ACHTUNG NUR MEINE NEGATIVEN ASPEKTE:
Die Betten sind relativ hart. Im Bad sind in der Duschdecke oft kleine Fliegen. Was mich besonders gestört hat war wie der Hund behandelt wurde. Ihr müsste euch vorstellen, dass ein großer zuckersüßer Golden Retriever vor der Wohnung sein Zuhause hat. ABER wir waren 5 bzw 6 Tage dort und der Hund hat sooo gestunken. Mit den Tagen wurde es immer schlimmer. Als es ganz schlimm war, wurde er mal gewaschen und dann stank er trotzdem noch. Er hat 3 Mal in eine Ecke koten müssen und es wurde 2 Tage nicht weggemacht. Die meiste Zeit war Jerry an der Leine. Ich habe kaum mitbekommen wie er ausgeführt wurde oder gefüttert wurde. Ich habe aber gehört, dass er was zu essen bekommen hat.

Wegen der Antwortet auf die Bewertung:
Das hat nichts damit zu tun, dass der Hund an der Leine ist. Es geht darum, dass mehrere Tage der Kot des Hundes nicht weg gemacht wurde. Das hat nichts damit zu tun wie die gesetzte in Südkorea sind. Es ist auch nicht schön, wenn man das beim rausgehen aus der Tür riecht, oder wenn das Fenster auf ist und sogar bis darein riecht, auch weil der Hund teilweise sehr stark gestunken hat was nicht nur ich gesagt habe, sondern mehrere Leute mit denen ich mich unterhalten habe. Ich verstehe wenn durch weitere Arbeit nicht viel Zeit bleibt, sich um den Hund zu kümmern, aber vielleicht sollte dann noch wer anderes mal drüber schauen. Das wäre gut für den Hund und auch für die Leute die zu Besuch sind.

Good accommodation but I don’t want to waste the attention on that but bring it to a really important point:
The dog. It was so sad to see how he is locked + leashed in the courtyard with no soft dog bed or anything. He’s just lying on the cold ground and had 2 lonesome toys. In the evenings his water was empty so we refilled it and it turned out he actually was really thirsty. It breaks our heart to see how he’s just left there alone with no company except from the travelers who pet him shortly before going in or out. I don’t know if someone goes for a walk with him or not but I really do hope so! It more seems like he is there to be some kind of cute attraction for the travelers instead of being a respected and loved animal. Please do something whoever ownes this guesthouse (self checkin, never met the owner) to make this dogs life better, he’s such a kind beautiful soul and deserves the best!
