Worst stay experience ever, please do not consider this hotel as the receptionists are very rude towards foreigners and despite paying for the stay in full (5 days in total), the hotel staff requested us to leave on 4th day morning without any refund.
We admitted it was partially our fault for using the microwave causing some smoke, (which we immediately informed the receptionist) but the management handled it very unprofessionally and inappropriately. To clarify, there was no English at all on the microwave and the staffs do not speak English except for one young lady, she’s working on night shifts during our stay so it was very difficult to explain and communicate.
Reason given was that another guest of theirs called the fire department and they do not want to bear the responsibility/penalty, they decided to push the blame on us. We admitted it was our fault for not using the microwave properly but chasing us out? Really first time in my life. 👍👍👍
Think twice before placing a reservation, you can get a better place with this price. Rooms are clean but we were unsatisfied with the request of asking us to check out on 1/1/2025 (they didn’t bother it was new year and we had no place to stay) despite we’ve paid and booked until 2/1/2025.
We’ve been travelling every year and this hotel left us the worst travel experience thus far. Would appreciate if the hotel management handled it more professionally and think of the consequences, not treating us unfairly just because we’re foreigners.
