Booked on Airbnb. We expected 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for 7 people as per the booking. When we entered the unit, it was 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The host told us the third room was locked because it’s only for bookings of 8+ and that the second bathroom would only be accessible if the room below us was not occupied.

The accommodation was up a steep hill and was difficult and challenging to navigate.

This is a clear bait and switch. And I’m not booking with Airbnb again.

The host was responsive and nice enough to give us a full refund.
