I stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to feel at home during an extended stay.||The staff was absolutely incredible—always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Since we didn’t speak the language, the front desk staff assisted with ordering taxis and even escorted us outside to ensure the driver knew exactly where we were headed. They also provided fantastic local food recommendations and helped us locate laundry facilities, which made life so much easier.||The hotel amenities were excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing and convenient no matter the weather. The breakfast buffet stood out for its freshness and quality—rather than putting out huge amounts, they constantly replenished smaller portions so everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Room service was equally impressive: always quick, friendly, and tasty. I highly recommend the stir-fried beef egg noodles!||One small detail that made a big difference—the complimentary in-room robes. They were unbelievably soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work or sightseeing. Honestly, I wish I could find robes that nice for my own home.||Special recognition goes to Noah, the military liaison for reservations. He was amazing to work with—making our check-in seamless, greeting us warmly, and ensuring our reservations were properly managed. When we extended our stay from two to three weeks midway through, he personally made sure we could stay in the same rooms without issue. Throughout our time there, he checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, though we never had a single complaint.||This hotel truly exceeded all expectations, from the facilities to the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Korea, whether for business, leisure, or long-term stays.
