진짜 너무 황당하네요… 이런 곳 처음 가봐요
기분좋게 왔다가 기분 나빠서 돌아왔어요
손님한테 나가라고 하는 매니저가 어디에있어요?
청소가 안되어있어서 방이 더럽다고 얘기했는데 그럼 5성급 가서 자지 왜 여기 와서 자냐고 ,,그러시더라고요 ? 진짜 손님한테 대하시는 태도 하나하나가 무매너이십니다
매니저라는분이 영어도 못하시고.. 일 하시는분이 앞에서 담배만 피우고 계시고 정말 최악 입니다.
절때로 이 호텔 가지 마세요. 방에서 냄새도 너무 심하고 사진하고 다릅니다.

The worst hotel reception service we have ever experienced. We were terribly disappointed with their problem solvings.
We checked in the room and found that the room was so dirty and smelt of mold and musty in the room. The blankets, bedsheets were uncleaned. Also, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The first two receptionists offered to move us to the new room. Unfortunately, the second room was not cleaned as well. Therefore, we asked for the full refund as the reason for the room's cleanliness. The first two receptionists asked us to contact the agency by ourselves without any assistance.
Afterwards, there was another hotel manager came to make the situation even worse. He was the person who was wearing a red jacket, and was not even wearing the uniform and the name tag. These following are the reason whys
1 He told us his name is Mr. Choi, but I believed that it’s not his real name for sure. We asked his name for a second time, and this time, he told us his name is Mr. ABC.
2 He lacks polite manners and proper communication. He said “MOVE” impolitely instead of asking politely e.g. Could you please step aside when the other guests were queuing at the reception, while he was talking with us.
3 He said that it is alright to leave them a 1-star review.I hope the hotel owner were there to hear this coming from his mouth.
4 His logical thinking might need to be restructured. He said that our hotel is 8 years old, therefore, it should be ok if the room might not be clean. He also told us that if we want to stay in a clean room, we should book a 5-star hotel. This is ridiculous logical thinking.
5 He said “Get out of the hotel, we don’t want you to be here”. As we did not break any hotel rules and the problem was not completely solved, he actually had no right to say this to us.
6 Before we left the hotel, he insisted that it’s ok to leave them a 1-star review, we don’t care. He said that without guilt or hesitation.
This case happened on 12 September 2025, around 11 PM. We hope that the hotel owner will review this case seriously and promptly take action.
