The rooms were nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near Line 9 and Line 7 subway stations, making it easy to get around the city.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome.

Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with great service.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eliena. The staff were very polite and friendly - and the rooms were cleaned to perfection daily. The location is a little bit challenging but Ubers are very affordable so that is how we got around. I definitely recommend this hotel for families as the rooms with 2 large beds made it very easy for my family and I to share.

Stayed for four nights for a wedding, and I had an amazing time both at the wedding and as a hotel guest. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed breakfast at the Korean restaurant. There’s also a convenient cafe on the ground floor. The staff were super friendly and proactively helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is at a convenient location for exploring Seoul. The wedding venue itself was spectacular. I’d highly recommend Hotel Eliena

Rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose Hotel Eliena again on my next visit to Seoul. We had a great stay at Hotel Eliena. We attended a friend's wedding at the hotel and stayed at the hotel for the week. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was surrounded by cool neighborhoods, great cafes, and excellent restaurants, and it was near a bus stop and subway line that would take you across the river. The hotel breakfast was delicious (especially the beef tenderloin option!). This was my first time to Seoul, and I truly appreciate the friendly staff at Hotel Eliena. I hope I can come back to Korea soon! Thank you for a great time!

Stayed here for 4 nights while we attended a wedding at the venue. Everyone working there was very attentive and welcoming making it an amazing experience 🙂

Rooms were cleaned daily and it was easy to get more towels or toiletries if needed. The reception lent us umbrellas and gave us recommendations in the area. A bit outside of the touristy zones but close to a public transit line to get around the city. Recommend getting the breakfast at least one of the days as well. They have traditional Korean breakfast and their interpretation of “western”. Definitely will be full after breakfast.

The wedding venue itself was stunning. I would stay here again and also suggest it as a wedding hall!

This hotel lived up to its reputation to be a great place to stay for tourists. Staff were well trained, spoke good english (which is not a big requirement for me, as I expect to do my best in foreign countries) and were available to cater to any need you may have. We arrived early (before normal check-in) and the manager was very forgiving, as they normally charge for early check in. He gave us a room that was ready; a room that was not originally assigned to us. When we were ready to leave, he helped us put our backpacks on (very gentlemanly) and offered to get us a taxi. The hotel is at the top of a hill, so expect to walk uphill from both train stations in either direction (about a 7 minute walk to either station). The room allowed us to sign into Netflix on the TV. Rooms were spacious and clean with any amenity that you may need upon request. As advertised, this hotel is known for their weddings, as there were three weddings happening on one night that we were there... but it was very quiet in our room, we did not hear anything from the parties. Would definitely stay here again
