Very clean hotel (actually more like a motel but much less dodgy in a sense) that's 5-10mins walk away from Jungma Bus Terminal (Donggwangyang).
Located right in the downtown area, plenty of food options are available, with 5 convenience stores in walking distance (welcome to Korea!!).
Breakfast is served from 7-9am daily, and it's self-service, couple of cup noodle/porridge options, eggs, meanwhile coffee/water machine is available 24/7.
Room was too big for my liking but that's a plus for most travellers ain't it? If you prefer cozy rooms then seriously you'll be overwhelmed by how huge the room is.
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, gowns, lots of things prepared for you once you enter the room, also there's a welcome pack which includes facial masks, toothbrushes etc, also protection if you're planning to, *ahem*.
Overall a very satisfying stay, walk-in rates seem to be more expensive here. Variety of room options and a very satisfying TV+set top box setup, though the computer was... Not very usable.
