Hotel The One - Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do

I wanted to give a 5 star review until one morning (0630h) the person at the front desk started yelling at me because apparently I was exiting the building through the wrong door! I was using the main entrance BTW. There was a wooden stick inserted in between the door handles but there was no sign that said to use another door.

The person at the front desk was unfriendly and rude and most likely he showed this behavior because I’m a foreigner. I told him to put up a sign or warn customers not to use a specific door but he didn’t pay too much attention to what I was saying. He kept mumbling and gesturing to leave.

I noticed that certain staff members are more friendly towards locals/Asians and not that friendly towards non-Asians. My advice is to be friendly to everyone, no matter where they come from! Otherwise you get a one star review like mine and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who’s not Asian.

The rooms are great and for the price we paid we can definitely say it’s more on the luxurious side. Our room was somewhere around 40 sq meters which is pretty good in size for just two people.

There is limited parking available at the hotel, almost a FCFS type of deal.

Due to the rudeness of the staff I don’t recommend this hotel to non-Asian tourists!

Great stay in Yeosu in this hotel. Managed to leave our bags before and after check-in as we wanted to explore the city some more ^^ the closet steamer is nice as well as the bathtub in the toilet~

방에서 보이는 바다도 이쁘고, 3월이지만 방도 매우 따뜻했고 온수도 콸콸 나오고 주변에 대형마트도 있고 다 좋음.
* 옆방 소리 안들림!!!

단 주차는 건너편 공용 주차장에 하는게 편함. 특히 차가 크다면 호텔 주차장에 미련을 갖지마세요(긁을 확률 Up!)

평일이라 정말 가성비 좋게 이용할수 있었습니다 주변이 여행객이 붐비는 동네가 아니라 조용했어요
돌산대교도 보이는 항구쪽 바다뷰라 밤에도 불빛이 있어 야경도 좋았네요
주차장은 좁은데 주변에 무료주차 공간이 많아서 크게 불편하진 않았어요
방도 넓고 욕실도 깨끗하고 필요 물품도 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다
다만 욕실 환기구와 에어컨은 청소가 필요해 보여요

호텔 깨끗하고 시설도 전세적으로 다 새것같아서 좋아요.통유리오션뷰가 쫙 보여서 너무 멋져요!근처 식당도 먾고 롯데몰 200미터 이마트24 편의점도 발로 건너편 있어서 편리해요.80000원에 4000원쿠폰할인해서 76000원 !가성비 굿입니다!

사장님의 친절이 너무 눈부신곳이었습니다
깨끗한건 당연 관리가 너무 잘돼있어서 가격정책이 잘못됐나. 다시 체크했을정도로 가성비가 갑입니다. 근처 게장마을과 돌산등 갈수있는 루트도 가깝고 편의점도 가까움
담에 꼭 여기로 다시 방문할꺼에요

리모델링한지 얼마 안됬는지 화장실이 넓고 욕조도 있고 욕실 시설이 좋음. 방 시설도 좋은 편. 에어컨 잘나옴.
룸은 가성비면에서 별5개. 생수도 인당 1개씩 제공.
다만 부대시설 이용시 편의성은 있지만 비쌈.
바로 앞에 있는 이마트24를 이용하면 됨.

THEY SCARED ME TO DEATH. In the beginning I went into the room and everything was great. I went to sleep and suddenly at 2 am someone enters my room. The staff came into my room and started looking at things, they even took pictures of my stuff. I didn't understand anything and in the morning I went to the front desk. They said someone on the floor smoked and the alarm went off, so they had to go in to each room and check. They refused to compensate me and instead blamed me for not opening the door when they rang the bell. Terrible hotel and staff
