숙소 예약해서 들어갔는데 둘다 성인인데 실물 신분증이 없다는 이유로 삐꾸 시키고 환불 해주겠다던 주인은 야놀자에 문의 했더니 말을 바꾸고 환불을 해주지도 않았습니다 정말 기분 나쁘게 말하고 돈도 환불을 안해주니 정말 기분이 나쁘더군요
